profile picture, if you upload one;
answers given during onboarding;
cognitive test results;
scores, progress and rankings;
usage history related to tests, games and results.
Dog-related information is linked to your user account.

unlocked content;
daily games completed;
app screens viewed;

DogGenius offers paid subscriptions through Apple App Store and Google Play.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

expiration date;
store transaction identifiers;
RevenueCat customer identifier;
entitlement status;

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by DogGenius.

You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

Firebase / Google Cloud, for authentication, database, storage, analytics, notifications and app infrastructure;
Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and diagnostics;
Google Analytics, for website analytics;
RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management;
Apple App Store, for iOS purchases and subscriptions;
Google Play, for Android purchases and subscriptions;
Framer, for website hosting;
IONOS, for domain name, email or technical services related to doggenius.app;
legal, accounting or administrative providers, if necessary;
public authorities, if required by law.
These providers only receive the data needed to perform their services.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States or other countries.

How long we keep data

account data is kept while your account exists;
dog profile data and test results are kept while your account exists or until deletion is requested;
subscription data is kept as long as needed to manage access, restore purchases, handle disputes, and comply with legal obligations;
support messages may be kept for up to 3 years after the last contact;
technical logs, crash reports and analytics data are kept for a limited period depending on the provider settings and operational needs;
legal or accounting records may be kept for the duration required by applicable law.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, unless we are required or allowed to keep certain data for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your DogGenius account and associated personal data.

Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account or cancel your subscription.
If you purchased a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through Apple or Google. DogGenius cannot directly cancel subscriptions managed by Apple or Google on your behalf.
Your rights
Depending on your location, especially if you are in the European Economic Area, you may have the right to:
access your personal data;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data;
object to certain processing;
request restriction of processing;
request portability of your data;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

Photos and user content
