Manage Subscription

This page explains how to manage or cancel your DogGenius Elite subscription.
DogGenius Elite subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
DogGenius does not directly process payments and cannot directly cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google on your behalf.
1. Canceling on iPhone or iPad
If you subscribed through Apple App Store:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select DogGenius.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you do not see DogGenius, make sure you are using the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
2. Canceling on Android
If you subscribed through Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Select DogGenius.
6. Tap Cancel subscription.
If you do not see DogGenius, make sure you are using the same Google account used for the purchase.
3. What happens after cancellation?
After canceling, you may keep access to DogGenius Elite until the end of your current paid billing period, unless Apple or Google states otherwise.
After the subscription expires, premium features may become unavailable.
4. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription
Deleting the DogGenius app from your device does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel it through Apple App Store or Google Play.
5. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
Deleting your DogGenius account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Please cancel your subscription first if you do not want to be charged again.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
DogGenius cannot directly approve or issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
7. Restore purchase
If you still have an active subscription but DogGenius Elite is not unlocked in the app, open DogGenius and use the Restore Purchase option.
Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
